RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We at Alternatives Express want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  • You can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • The qualifying return must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with its original packing slip, name and order number. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of trackable return shipping unless the return is the result of our error. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment, within 5 business days.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return:

  • Health and Personal Care items
  • Final Sale / Clearance items

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
